How do I get started?
Sign up, enter your business details and review-page URL (link), then connect Square.
Does it work with Square?
Square is the current supported payment integration. Review requests follow confirmed payments through your configured workflow. Square encrypts payment data and meets payment-card security standards. TimeForStars™ is an independent service and is not affiliated with Square.
Where do customers leave their reviews?
Your business chooses the review website by entering its review-page URL (link). TimeForStars™ sends that link to your customers. They decide whether to leave a review and what to write.
What happens after the free trial?
The trial lasts 14 days. The sign-up page states that the service costs $24.99 USD/month when you activate Stripe billing. An activated subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. Check the billing details presented before subscribing.
Can I cancel?
The Terms provide for cancellation through your TimeForStars™ billing controls before your next renewal. There is no long-term contract. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the trial or current paid billing period.
How is customer information handled?
Customer information is used to operate the configured review-request workflow. The service honours unsubscribe and suppression preferences. Read the Privacy Policy for details about data handling and security.
